for some reason my nipple on the left is outside in and the othe other is just flat. is this a health problem if it is or not how do i get it to both be the same. by the same i mean how do i get both to be pointy and stay that way because it usually changes in weather conditions. like when its cold both gets pointy but when it gets warm it flat and etc.

I just answered on the "Open to all topics" and I thought you were a female. Since you're a guy, I change my answer to: There's nothing you can do and don't worry about it.

You can get a set of "tit-clamps" (use wisely and follow directions from manufacturer) You will eventually have permanent "outies". I used to have both flat nips and now sport nice eraser-heads.
