Im 16 almost 17 and i have 2 queries...
I used to have a problem with pulling the foreskin of my penis back, but i have done the exercises and thats all good now..

What i want help with is this. When the foreskin is pulled back, flaccid or erect, there are these 2 almost minute white lumps on the base of the head, closer to the scrotum. I wanted to know if this is normal, they cause no pain but i was just wondering..

The second question is: Is it normal to have hair growing out of the foreskin? Its not as if there is a large amount of hair there, but it is a bit annoying. It is growing grom the underside and some on the sides.

Is this normal? Please give me some info..

I think the little lumps are glands that help lubricate under the foreskin. I'm circumcised but I have small remnant glands there. I believe they sort of dry up in circumcised males. As for hairs I think that would be normal as long as there are not heaps of them. Lance would be the better one to comment though. Glad to hear the stretching has worked. Good luck.

You say these bumps are under the head near the scrotum. I think you mean frenulum which is the skin that attaches the foreskin to the bottom of the glans. If so, I have them too as GeoffB had described.

As far a hair is concerned. You probably have hair on the skin below and towards the base of your penis. If so, this is not really considered the foreskin. The foreskin is technically the part of the penile skin that covers the glans. Most guys, to varying degrees, have some hair along the base/bottom of the penis.

So, don't worry.

About the hair, i have some around the sides but after reading other posts about this, i have gathered that it is quite normal..

The bumps i am talking about are on the head of the penis but to the bottom of it.. Basicially closer to my stomac but on the part the rounds back to the penis.. They dont cause any irritation or pain and i have had them since i can remember, so i am not worried...

About the hair thing, i have some on the sides of the foreskin but after reading some other posts about this, i have come to understand that this is quite normall...

I'm glad the exercises worked and things seem to be going well. I too have some tiny pubic hairs just around the top of my foreskin and they are nothing to worry about. As for the bumps, I don't think they are anything to worry about either, if they cause no pain, don't look swollen or inflamed, then they are probably fine and just part of the equipment. Keep an eye on them and if you notice any change in size, color etc then you might want to have them checked. It was a bit difficult to understand where they are so lets just have a bit of discussion about your penis and stuff. Forgive me if you know this, but it sounded as if you were having a hard time telling us where they were so here goes! Your scortum contains the testicles, just above that is where the base of your penis meets them, the shaft of your penis is that part between the glans (or head of the penis) and then the head. At the base of the head you should have a bit of a ring, that's called the corona. Since you're uncut you also have a tiny bit of skin that actually holds the foreskin...it's called the frenulum. Hope this helps in the future as you ask questions and try to describe something to any of us....take care of the equipment...its the only set you'll ever have!

Well, from that description, i would say that they are on the ring. With the bums facing mu stomach when erect. As i said, they dont hurt or cause any discomfort what so ever...

By the way, i clean everyday and dry the head to make sure that no smega formes.

Sounds like those bumps could be pearly penile papules, something common to uncut guys and really not a problem at all. Just part of the equipment, not an STD and nothing you can do about them, so accept them as part of it and move on. Smegma is a natural substance that all guys produce but is more common for those of us who are uncut. Our penis uses it as natural lubrication for the foreskin to move and glide over the head of our penis when we are flaccid. Daily cleaning keeps it from building up and then really creating a pretty bad odor. Keeping the area clean under there is a good thing because so much bacteria resides there and stays covered that it can be a problem. Take care of the equipment...its' the only set you'll ever have, write back with other questions or concerns!
