I feel a vain on the side of my left testis. I think it is my vas diferens moved to the side. When it moves over there i could rotate it back to the back. Do testis move freely in the scrotum? Its not bothersome just a question. Do you notice this too?
Thanks

Yes, it is normal to feel veins, tubes, and cords around your testicles. There is a large bundle of these running behind the testicle and goes up into the abdomen - this is the spermatic cord, and contains veins, arteries, and the vas deferens for the sperm to travel to the ampulla inside the body for storage and eventual ejaculation. It is also normal for the testis to move freely in the scrotum - they are supposed to do that, as they are not attached to the scrotum in any way.
The only thing you may have to look out for is a mass of knotted and twisted veins, usually on the left side. It feels like a 'bag of worms', and can sometimes be seen through the scrotum as a mass of blue veins. This condition is called a varicocele, and is generally pretty harmless, but can cause infertility problems. But if things don't feel twisted or knotted, then you are fine.
