I have never had a problem with dandruff until I got pregnant with my son and it all of a sudden started. I guess it had something to do with the hormones. He's 19 months old now and I'm still suffering from terrible, itchy, burning, flaky scalp!

To make matters even worse, the dry scalp/dandruff issue got worse when I recently had my hair highlighted. I tried to highlight it myself and it didn't work, so I had it professionally done the very next day, which really damaged my hair and scalp. My scalp was chemically burned to the point of having scabs all over my scalp. Every since then I can get no relief and it's been two months. I have tried almost everything from cholesterol treatments, hot oil and even dandruff shampoos, but the shampoos have so many harsh chemicals that only dry out my already damaged hair.

Does anyone know of a NATURAL/gentle remedy that would be gentle on my damaged, dry hair but that would treat my itchy, burning, flaky, dry scalp??? All of these chemicals are ruining my hair and not making my scalp issue any better!...:confused:
