I got a lot of whitish dots on my penis and foreskin that look like an infection but yet it doesn't itch. It doesn't create any discomfort whatsoever. Can anyone tell me what it could be? I read about the penile papule stuff. Is that what it is?

i have the same problem! I have small white "spots" around the head of my penis and on my foreskin. They cause no discomfort but they are pretty noticeable! I am affraid to have sex due to what girls may think/say about them. I have been to the doctor and he dismissed it as nothing. I think it is something as when i was younger (about 10) i had problems pulling back my foreskin and i have had these spots or nodules since then i believe. I really need to know a way to get rid of them weather it be non prescription drugs and creams or a razer blade and some vinegar (joke) so please i f you can help http://www.healthboards.com/ubb/smile.gif

It may be a fungus infection. Try to keep the area as dry as possible by making sure you get all drops of urine out of your penis after each time you urinate, and make sure you pull your foreskin back while urinating. You can also try some anti-fungal creams that you can buy without a prescription from the pharmacy.

I have been to a doctor as well and he said its nothing serious. I have tried an anti-fungal cream in Lamisil and it did not have an effect on them. You would think that girls might freak out when they see them but thats just an assumption. Maybe its quite common. The thing about the urine, the doc said that when you urine you should tried to drain everything down and wipe your head with the toilet paper like what females do. Other than that, I am taking some achidoppolus pills. Will neosporin help?
