I did a lasik surgery 2 months ago.
My left eye got an SOS (Sand of the Sahara). The first days i could see too much blurry but by using "predforte" eye drops day after day my vision got better.
In the end of 2 months so 1 week ago my doctor told me to stop the eye drops.
I have 4 days that i have stopped them but I am not yet seeing any improvement.
Or should I continue the eye drops for more time when the vision becomes completely clear?
I am really confused! :(

I had lasik surgery over 6 months ago, I have not had a single second since where my eyes were comfortable. I've tried 10 different brands of eye drops, steroids, allergy drops, and punctal plugs and nothing has helped. I have heard of various differnet anti-biotics and antiinflammatories that people hace had success with but none of the doctors that I have visited so far have wanted to prescribe any for me.
I had Lasik last year April 2008. Perfect! My vision is 20/20. I always used drops for my eyes but nothing severe. But since January 2009 my eyes are dry and itchy. It's been dismissed as allergies etc. I have tried lots of OTC lubricating eyedrops - and not the cheap ones either. For the past two weeks I've had other issues - I look like I have pink eye in the morning and now I'm waiting for an eye doctor to confirm another eye disease (different post for that).
Have you seen an Opthamalogist?

Could it be that the ping/ptrygium is causeing the dry eyes? But you only have it in one eye? have you seen the doctor yet? what what did the doctor say?
2 mounths after surgery and still have dry eyes is not anusal my eyes were really dry for 3.

I would be wary of predforte drops - they can cause glaucoma. If they're the ones I think they are, you shouldn't use them for too long. Stick with non-preservative gel lubricating drops such as Systane or Blink Intensive. But check with your optometrist first - they know best.
