Hi
I believe one of the things contributing to my shortness of breath/WANTING to cough up mucus from my chest is MILK.However,I suffer from hayfever and may have slight allergies to some foods/additives and for a couple of years I have been taking various antihistamines and generally see a small improvement of my "condition".So imagine my horror when I found out that EVERY antihistamine I've been taking contains LACTOSE:dizzy:.I knew about lactose before but I never imagined it would be put into pills to simply BULK the size up.
Now the thing is I can't find any pills without the milk protien in it.
Any ideas?
