i have a panty line rash and it is realy bothering me what can i use to cure it????

have you shaved your panty line recently? some times aloe will help or hydrocortisone cream

Try wearing natural fiber panties instead of synthetic. Cotton breathes more than polyester.
If it is a heat type rash, powder such as Gold Bond may be helpful. I also second the use of Cortizone to help with the rash.
