I have been taking Alesse for about 7 years now. In the past I have never had problems with my period, spotting, anything abnormal. My days are wednesdays. I am supposed to get my period on a wednesday, and when I start my regular pills after the sugar pills are gone, it is a wednesday. Last month I was in another city and didn't start the beginning of my pills until a Sunday. I just took one a day and then when i was supposed to be on sugar pills (my period) I was still taking hormonal pills for another 3 or 4 days. I hope that makes sense. I had a longer period which I am assuming was from this being messed up. But now the next month, I am still a week away from getting my period and it looks like it may be starting again. I just finished 2 weeks or so ago. Could this be because of my mess up the month before?
I had a pap test done in April and there was bleeding during the test, but I have had no issues whatsoever with anything else regarding bleeding. Anyone think this is because I messed my pills up?
