hello,
i've been getting very bloated after meals for a good while now. i've tried cutting out lactose, gluten, tried beano after meals, etc. but it seems no matter what i eat i always get bloated
i feel like im just not digesting anything, because i barely every have to goto the bathroom (#2!) or if i do not much comes out. i also seem to be chewing my cheek a lot and i have a white blotchy tongue, get tired a lot/depressed sometimes. i exercise and do weights regularly but its getting so hard to because my stomach always feels so tight especially in the left side and im just running out of energy
trying to see a doc if i can get some health insurance so if anyones heard of something like this...i read maybe its bacteria overgrowth? thanks

Get to a doctor as soon as possible! There might be a blockage in your bowels which only allows small quantities of stool to pass through and which might be causing your bloating and tightness.
Try to find a center which offers free exams or some such for people without insurance. Otherwise get insurance asap. Or at least pay for one visit to the doctor to get checked out. Can you borrow the money from someone, if you don't have it?
I'm not trying to scare you, but this could be serious or at least it could turn into something serious if not treated.

By the way, I had similar symptoms not so long ago (bloating, very little stool, constipation alternating with diarrhea, abdominal cramps, nausea, lack of energy, headaches etc.). I did get relief by cutting out all sugars and gluten from my diet (even though later tests showed no intolerances and no bacteria). Still, the symptoms are worrying and you should be checked out by a doctor.

thanks for reply :) i saw a doc today and so far im just getting my blood tested on monday so will know for sure then
however we came to one possibility. ive introduced beans into my diet a few months ago (i eat pretty healthy mostly vegetarian). i never had gas at the start since i use beano but it become a gradual thing. she said its possibly too much sodium instead. i looked at the label and other things that i eat and they have like 250-500mg of sodium in each serving so i was eating a crap ton more each day. so basically im eating 2-3x the sodium i should each day
i wont know for sure until next week but kind of a bummer since lots of stuff has lots of sodium and im on a weight lifting diet thing ugh
