You need to see a doctor to be evaluated and treated. First of all, you are very young and should not be worrying about getting married and having kids right now, there will be plenty of time for that. If you do not want to have sex with someone, don't. It is your body, you need to protect it. Most boys/men do not have symptoms of sexually transmitted diseases, nor do these same disease cause any problems for them. If a woman contracts HPV, it increases her risk of developing cervical cancer. Gonorrhea, Chlamydia, and Trichomonas can cause pelvic inflammatory disease and scarring of the fallopian tubes which can keep you from getting pregnant when you want to. Of course, a disease like HIV/AIDS is a death sentence. Don't think that just because "he looks healthy" or "I didn't see any bumps" that he doesn't carry a disease. Many people have these diseases and they are normal people like you and me. They have jobs, families, and "look healthy". The only person that can protect you is you. If you are going to have sex, use a condom every time.

Yes, it is possible to have sexual intercourse after being treated for HPV.
