I have this annoying feeling under my left rib cage, it keeps me up at night as I can't get in a comfortable position to sleep, sometimes it feels like a baby kicking. I'm 48 years old and I don't think that I'm pregnant, I haven't had a period in over a year. What could this be? Should I see a doctor? It does not hurt it's just annoying.

Sounds like it might be your colon, I am having the same thing. Get it checked out before it gets worse.
