i noticed some white dots between my frenulum and penile shaft under the foreskin. they have not casued any iritation or discomfort and feel smooth to the touch (as if nothing is there). they are about the size of pearly penile papules (which i have a few of on under my head..on the ring) although unlike pearly penile papules they are not elevated (or at least don't feel like they are). if pinched or squeezed nthing happens. they are whiteish and a little hard to notice...i was wondering what these may be and if it can be something serious such as the first phase of herpes or somethink else of that sort.

Probably Fordyce's spots, which are harmless fatty deposits.

In the US: The incidence of pearly penile papules reportedly ranges from 8-48%. Several reports suggest an increased incidence in uncircumcised versus circumcised men (22% vs 12%, respectively). One study found an increase in frequency in black versus white men, in those circumcised (21% vs 7%, respectively) and uncircumcised (44% vs 33%, respectively

They are hereditary and I don't think you can get rid of them. I have them on my lips and have never had any problems or comments about them
