HI it can be..or maybe a yeast infection..i would goto the doctor if i was you.. or maybe if you switched soaps that can be the cause..

if it just an itch it could be a yeast infection, i just found out i have genital herpes, 1st i was inflammed, 2 days later blisters appeared, then a horrible itch, the pain is so bad, its like little electric shocks, going toilet i am neraly in tears. its all so depressing. if you worried just go to your doctor.
