My mother in law who is 88 has Parkinsons disease and recently following a water infection started to experience this rough, tight, dry, hot, stinging sensation in her arms, legs and buttocks. Is this a side effect to the medical condition? I can only liken the visual and my impression of the skin to cooked chicken breast skin?
