Did you win on your first try, reconsideration, ALJ, appeals council, Fed Court or on a whole new application?

For me, it was on the reconsideration level for SSDI. I did however, have plently of new medical evidence to support my claim. that is why I won my claim. Otherwise I would not have. It is very difficult to win at this level. i did not know at the time how hard it was to win a claim on the recon. stage until I saw the statistics.

I was approved on my first try. I had a lot of medical reports and documentation to support my claim.
