Over the past couple months ive noticed two patches of broken blood vessels on both sides of my torso, just above the waist. There are also two smaller patches on the front of my thighs. They appear as patches of wavy redish-purple lines, most less than an inch long.

The size of the patches and the darkness of the lines varies from day to day. I havent noticed any relation between anything i do in a given day and the severity of the broken blood vessels.

Does anyone know what might be causing this?
