Does anyone here have experience in using a sinus rinse? Is so, is it helpful?

Lots of folks here use them. Whether a neti pot or just a saline spray, it's a great thing to do to help keep your sinuses clear.

It's very helpful (and it's probably the most common non-medical treatment recommended by allergists and ENTs).
It's definitely something you should try if you have allergies or sinus issues.
