Since high-risk strains of HPV don't affect men, and low-risk strains really aren't dangerous, most people pursue relationships normally - except for revealing their HPV status before becoming intimate. If you're looking for a lifetime partner, then one would hope that you will find a man who loves you enough to not care about HPV. Also, bear in mind that since men tend to be asymptomatic, many of them are already carrying HPV - not only is he making the choice whether to expose himself to the strain of HPV you carry, but you are also making the choice whether to expose yourself to any strains he might have.

I think there are some specific dating sites geared toward STD carriers, if that's the route you want to go, but I haven't tried any of them.

Men *can* be affected by high risk HPV. It isn't common, but it does happen. The most common sites are the penis, anus/rectum, and/or mouth/throat. Again, it isn't common (not nearly as common as cervical changes from high risk HPV), but it is possible. As, 00Jen00 said, they tend to be astymptomatic (of carrying high risk HPV).

I'm sure there are online dating sites, but I don't know what they are.
