I feel this trobbing in the middle of my chest and it's been going on for a few days now. I'm kinda worried I feel find, I do take metformin due to my pcos. Could this be serious?

This could be a side effect from the metformin, a pounding heart is a rare but possible side effect. You should see a doctor. All the best.
