I do have a voice problem (hoarseness, voice fatigue,) for over 4 months.
After a visit to ENT today I still don't know whats causing this. He performed a Fiberoptic Nasal Endoscopy and said everything looks fine, also there is no inflammation or redness which is usually seen with acid reflux. I was given a script for Nexium to try if it helps. I do have some symptoms of LPR (frequent throat clearing, post-nasal drip, feeling of a lump in the throat, sometimes shortness of breath) Should I see a Gastro-specialist to find out more? Or do they just treat problems from larynx down.

It's probably worthwhile to see a gastroenterologist. The nasal endoscopy isn't a definitive test for ruling out LPR and the gastroenterologist may want to look at your esophagus and stomach endoscopically to make sure there's no damage lower down.
