I read a list of symptoms of bipolar, and I tick all of them.
What should I do?

Hi & Welcome,
The best thing you can do is go see and talk to a doctor. When I did what you did (although being a nurse I already knew but just wanted to see how I fared on a self test kinda thing) I had to go to my GP and get a referral to a pdoc (psychiatrist) and thats when I was formally diagnosed.
Good luck.... at least it's treatable these days and there are more medications available.. if you are BP it may take some time to find the right ones.... but you just have to give it a chance

What you should do is go get a mental health evaluation and see what is going on...a complete history and some testing will determine if you are or not. good luck.

hi and welcome, there is a test you can do online which allows you to print out the results. you could do that and bring it to your doctor and at least you can voice your concerns.. your gp would then refer you to a pdoc for a proper evaluation and then you can start dealing with whatever is going on in your life. labels are not important. what is important is that you get the treatment that is suitable for you to make your life a better one,
