HPV is a virus - there is no cure. Sometime our own immune systems can clear HPV from our bodies (or at least make it so dormant that it's undetectable), but there's no drugs to make it go away. For warts caused by HPV, there are over the counter and prescription wart removers. For high-risk HPV (which causes cancer) your best bet is close monitoring by a doctor and good nutrition to aid your immune system.

In response to your question, My ND prescribed Papillex, you can buy online. Read some of the testimonials, it seems to have had positive results. I'm into my 3rd month, I'm really hopeful. Best of luck.
