:confused:Three cystospoies, and two lithotripsies since May last lithotripsey three weeks ago on a9mm stone and the stones are back, I drink water water water and eat chicken chicken chicken and no salt and here we go again.....

I'm sure it didnt cause them this time but chicken is very high in protein and you are supposed to limit it in your diet when prone to kidney stones.

I appreicate you listening to me complain. I have 3 oz of non red meat per meal and nothing else that I like either because they all cause oxalate stones. I am so ready for them to go away.

I just had a ureteroscopy last week and now my other kidney is hurting(2 stones in left kidney). How did you know that they are back(ct scan, pain...)?

I had an ultrasound. I have a 4mm in the right and a 3mm in the left.
I worry about how my kidneys are going to be years from now if I keep developing stones every three weeks. Do you know anything about the consequences of that?
