hi about a month ago i noticed a hard lump near the groin - in the thigh crease as such...you cannot see it.but can feel it...its deep........just below the 2 lymph nodes that can be felt on either side of the pelvic/groin area.



also there are lymp nodes on the inner thighs right? can thee be easily felt? one seems more promonent and easier tofind than the other.

any ideas on if this is anything to worry about?
