i am an uncircumsized male age 17, and when i pull the foreskin back i notices many small, white bumps all around the very edge of the head of my penis. they are not on the major portion of the head, just on the outside rim. when i get an erection they seem to get larger as well. what are these things? should i be worried?

It sounds like PPP (Pearly Penile Papules). I have heard from this board that they are perfectly normal.

I have one of those, hasn't bugged me at all and it's not really noticable. You should be fine
