Last july i was masturbating when i suddenly got this pain on the head of my penis, now i have to say that i am uncircumsized and when i got this pain i noticed that there was this cream coloured "liquid" or something that looked like make up ( ie as in it's texture ) and this was coming out of my penis but not my penis slit, it was actually emerging from between my penis and foreskin... Are you sure its not smegma? Can you retract your foreskin to fully expose the head?

If you can retract your foreskin, and you're sure its not smegma, then it could be a fungal/yeast infection under foreskin. Is there any kind of odor with this secretion?

I can retract it a small bit, This stuff doesnt really smell, and when it doesnt come out as described above it comes out in tiny dots, it will only come out (as in i can see it) when i masturbate. Like i said i dunno what it is.Should i be worried?

You say, "I can retract it a small bit". You need to read the many posts on the "Male Anatomy" and "Men's Health" boards about stretching and retracting the foreskin. You must pull your foreskin right back behind the head of your dick in the following situations: (1) so that you can clean the whole area every time you shower; (2) before you roll on a condom; (3) for more pleasure when you jerk off or have sex.

In order to answer your question about the "cream coloured liquid", could you give some more information -- specifically, (1) are you using any sort of lubrication when you masturbate? (2) What exactly do you mean when you say this liquid "comes out"?

I looked at Smegma Pics and it Highly resembles it indeed so id say it is smegma, just every so often the top of my foreskin becomes red and this stuff comes out in a liquid form. IT WILL ONLY COME OUT WHEN I JERK OFF other than that everything is fine.

Regardless whether it's fine or not...you need to stretch it out so that you can fully retract and wash properly. If not, one day it won't be fine.

Yeah, that is smegma. Since you're not retracting your foreskin, you have a lot of smegma build up under the foreskin. What is happening when you maturbate, is you are forcing some of this smegma under the foreskin towards the tip, and that's where you're noticing it. There's a lot more of it under there that you aren't seeing now because your foreskin isn't retracting. Friction and heat can cause it to liquify.

The first thing you need to do is get your foreskin to retract all the way behind the head. You do this by stretching it (do a search on these forums for "foreskin stretching" for tips).

Once you can retract your foreskin past the head, you need to wash away all the built up smegma. Then, from now on, you should retract your foreskin everyday while in the shower, and wash the head and inner foreskin to prevent any smegma build up. This is part of good hygiene, and the ladies will expect you to be clean down there.

In the mean time, until you can comfortably retract your foreskin all the way - be careful NOT to force it behind the glans until it is stretched enough not to 'strangle' the glans if you suddenly get an erection - use an ear syringe with mild, soapy water to slosh the area behind the glans. Be careful NOT to insert the syringe into you *** slit.
