Hi all - thanks for reading and please chime in with any ideas. Here's my deal

45 y/o Female
Right side facial numbness/pressure (moderate to sever) including eye, ear, sinus for ~ 12 months
Recurrent dizziness
Significant Right side breast enlargement (about 3x Left Breast)
Significant Right side underarm swelling and discomfort
Moderate to severe right side breast pain and discomfort
Small module left side of thyroid
Diagnosed Hashimotos

Test done:

Head MRI & MRI - clear
Sinus CT - clear
BAER & Audigram clear
Screening Mammogram - "Inconslusive due to asymetry & dense tissue"

Next steps:
Having follow up breast images

I'm wondering if this might be lymphatic given all my sypmtoms are above the waist, right side only. Right breast has no discernable small, hard lumps, but obvious swelling in breast and underarms, discernable "large masses" (perhaps enlarged glands?).

What do you think? Any insight that you can share? I'm scared but trying to be calm and assuming that it's just something annoying, but not sure I buy it.

Thanks!
