I was told I was in remission July of 08, I had another clean PET in Dec. from stage IV diffuse large b cell lymphoma. Now 6 months later PET shows a mass 3 cm with a metobolic uptake SUV of 4.1. They say it "could" be posttheraputic scaring but how do you go from post theraputic, no metobolic uptake and no mass to 6 months later having them??? Not that it makes any difference, treat it now or in 3 months when they repeat the PET but I was hoping someone here may have had a similar experiance and what your final findings were.
