i lost at the recon leval that took 3 months for my denial
now it has taken 18 months to get to the hearing

Happygirl, i too live in Rock Hill and i am waiting on a hearing date too. Been waiting since January of this year.So it does take 18 months to go before the judge ?
My doctors say that i have a cyst on my lower back but the real problem is i have a Arachoid cyst on my spine.My doctors diagnosed me wrong. So i need to call my lawyer in the moring and let them know whats going on.My lawyer is in Greenville SC. Where is your lawyer located ?

My lawayer is in Charlotte, NC but has a few offices in SC but not close to ROck Hill.
