About 1 1/2 years ago I had my left kidney removed. This board really helped me through that. One thing that helped was a recipe to counteract constipation caused by the pain medications I was on. But for the life of me, I cannot find that recipe again. I believe it was someone on this board that provided it. It had something to do with prunes and maybe even figs and a bunch of other ingredients that you had to puree together and then take by tablespoon. Does anyone know what I'm talking about or can point me to where this receipe can be found? My father is now on pain meds for a different reason and I want to give my mom this recipe to help with the resulting constipation. Thanks in advance for any help you can provide.
