hi
i am 38 yo female with svt. had multiple episodes until march this year, then in may started nadolol. tonight i had first episode since march - started abruptly then terminated after 5 minutes. this is much shorter than usual - normally it would be hour at least and often require adenosine.

can this be part of beta blocker effect??

Yes the beta blocker will lessen and shorten the attacks.
