From what I have heard from my sister some of this premenopause is in the genes. Isn't that rotten. LOL Well I started taking this product and man has it helped. Dong Quai and Royal Jelly it is made by GNC. It helps greatly with the mood swings. I haven't experienced the hot and cold flashes yet but I know they are coming. I hope this helps some of you.
