Does age matter?
what age you started your mentral cycle, when it comes to starting your changes
a woman i know started her period when she was 13 and started her changes at 43 does that mean if a women started her cycle when she was 11 years old that she will start her
changes earlier in years say 41 for example???

curious

I don't know about that theory as I started my cycle when I was 13 and just now started menopause at the age of 54. I thought I was never going to stop having my periods.

I don't think it matters but it could. I started my cycle when I was 12 and am now doing the premenopause at 34. so who knows.

The only age that matters is the age your mother started menopause. That's what the doctors go by. In my case I don't know because my mother wouldn't admit to ever going through it.
