Now when I drink water or another beverage , I swish the water around in my mouth before drinking it, rather than just straight up gulping it down, because then the L.E.S. doesn't have to work as hard and it will have time to heal. Is this counter-productive though, because then my L.E.S. won't be able to handle it when I do go about taking in bigger portions that require bigger gulps? Does this make sense at all?
