Hi. I have asked this question once before but got no response. Back in june i went to the er because i was having some pains and crazy symptoms, they told me that I had some normal cyst on my left ovary and a complex cyst (2.5 cm) on my right one. A week ago i went back to the er because i had some new symptoms and the pains were still there. They told me that the cysts had gone and that my blood work was normal and nothing was found on my ultrasound. If the cysts are gone then why am i still having symptoms?

Symptoms include:

-pains in lower ab
-bloated lower ab (all the time)
-pain around navel
-diarrhea (only twice)
-vomitting (only once)
-nausea (all the time)
-pain in feet
-pains in chest/shoulder/arm
-extreme fatigue/feeling faint at times (all the time)
-back pains
-pelvic pains
-sharp pains in breasts
-swollen lymph node in groin area (on one side and hard)
-pains in stomach like muscles aching

and a couple more that i can't think of at the moment. Most of them come and go while some come more often and others are all the time.

I seem to have ovarian cancer symptoms but the doctor said he saw nothing (or rather the ultrasound tech saw nothing). Any idea's?

Have you been to a gastroenterologist? or perhaps an internist?

Are you postmen? I have had many of the same symps and have had the run around from doctors for 1.5 years. I am finally getting a total hyst and ovary removal from a gyn.onc next week. YAY! Yes, no one thinks there is cancer but i fear the worst of course because of the length of time with symps and postmen cysts coming and going.

Have you thought maybe it could be endometriosis?
