Yes Shelly i can relate very well.I've was on premphase for 8 months.I went through
hell because of the rage i felt. I thought i was going crazy.My doctor kept putting me on different anti-depresses.I got to the point where i would lash out and my friends and My daughter. I even went into a hospital trying to get some kind of help.3 weeks ago i lost total control trashed my home called my daughter bad names .I even hit my daughter.
Thats when i went on the internet to look for some help.And I read you story and it sounded that my life.2 weeks ago i went off that premphase and I'm a total different
person.I feeling very good now but my daughter is very hurt and distance from me.
I can't blame her abit.For 8 months i put her through alot of bad stuff because of the rage i felt and all the feeling you had said in your message early.Has detroyed my life .I'm 37 with alot of medical problems
beside menapause.Because of the stress my body went i now also have high blood presure.
