I now have gotten an update on my situation. Now Im being told that my backpay is at the payment center being processed and that $6000 was being held for my attorney. Now my question is , is it possible for LTD from Metlife that I recieved for 2 years from 2005-06, stopped recieving Dec 2006 can that money be taken out of my backpay straight from SSD? Or am I responsible for that once I get the money?
