I was just wondering how long it took you to get your back pay after being approved.
Say your hearing date was Jan 1st. When did you get your back pay?

You haven't gotten your back pay yet and it's been 8 months? You should call SS. The judge told me if I didn't hear from them in 60 days to call.

i was approved and was told that the next month i would get mine. and i did. from what i hear i was lucky.
