Hello all. I'm new to the boards. :)

I recently discovered a pea-sized lump on the lymph node behind my jaw right below my earlobe. It's not painful, doesn't really move, and is firm. I went to the emergency room because I was itching so badly I couldn't sleep, and my limbs were hurting. I feel like little bugs are crawling on me type itchy, with a recurring dry patch on my arm with little bumps (no idea if it's related). They told me to see my regular physician --- not to worry about the swollen lymph node that it could be from a past infection and a pea-sized lump is 99.9999% sure nothing to worry about. I am skeptical.

Some history on me: I have Crohn's disease diagnosed in 2006 hospitalized a few times. I have terrible, terrible migraines and have white matter lesions x 2 seen on an MRI. I'm 25 years old and otherwise healthy. I get frequent indescribable and dull pain in my hips and shoulders, sometimes radiating down my right arm (often when I have a glass of wine I get this pain in my right arm). I get petechiae type red dots on my legs and on my arms occasionally. I am extremely sensitive to touch, and very tender (blood pressure machines HURT).

Thank you so much for your time.
