Yes, I've heard of it. A friend who is an RN said it is a good choice. Do a web search on it and you will find helpful info. There is a website devoted to just Activella. Ally

great to hear of alternatives. i was reading the old board and saw positive reviews of promensil, which is a dietary supplement that helps a lot with night sweats and hot flashes. there's been some clinical trials and results presented at menopause society meetings, so certainly it is legit. i'm talking to my doctor ASAP about it.
