I applied for my disability oct. 08. Turned down and appealed twice.A few months ago my attorneys office said I would get to see the judge. Then they call and say I don't have to see the judge everything lookds really good all I need to do is see the DR again at their office. This is for severe back problems from an car wreck several years ago, so I see the DR and ask them whats next. They said it would probably be an approval but I would probably hear something in about 10 days, which I didn't. So I call SSA and they tell me I'm in line to see a judge and it could be several more months. So what do I go by? I've worked since I was 15 years old now I'm 36 and just can't do it anymore.

Yes, call your attorney. He or she will know where you are, concerning your case.
Depending on the state you live in, it can take two or more years to see a judge. Again, your attorney will know about how long it takes in your state. Give 'em a call.
