how long after your last dr appointment with the dr at the attorneys office before you should hear something on a otr decision? i feel like i keep asking dumb questions,sorry. my attorneys office said about 10 days but were on day 13 and nothing. am i the only one being consumed by all this crap.

From what I have been told and read a OTR is decided by the judge and you are only notified if it is a positive decision. If not, you file just goes back in the same place it was when they pulled it, it will not hurt you it will only help you

Almost everyone one of us has been through the grinder to get our disability checks, which are not a lot, but that is XX amount of $'s we didn't have before. I'm just glad my journey is over, but I feel for those that are still waiting or just starting this long journey.

If I were in your situation I would keep calling the attorney's office everyday. You have every right to call, until there is an answer for you. I did not have to go through what u are having to put up with, so indeed, keep chcking back with them. Your paying the attorney for a positive outcome , so keep trying to find out what is going on with your claim.
