I don't know if you all go to other sites for smoking cessation but I do. In a couple of them, we pledge everyday to stay smokefree and extend our hand out to the next person in line.

I thought if you all liked, we could do that here. I will come back daily and check to see if you all are up for it.

I will pledge to not smoke today and extend my hand out to the next person in line, in friendship and support.

Karen

I pledge not to smoke today!! Here's my hand to another person who wants to join in this new chain of support. Beats the heck out of the chain...smoking!! I've been able to enjoy jogging now without getting mentally and physically fatigued. :bouncing:

It's just great to be smoke free after smoking for almost 41 years.
