HI Ladies!
It seems that a lot of us are experiencing the bloating and weight gain....I have Dr. Lee's book, and am folowing a proper diet, use the prgest. cream, all that. Do you wake up okay, then 3 hours later your pants seem to have shrunk a size?! I hate that! I take 3000 mg of flax oil daily...what are you ladies doing for the bloating / weight gain? Any success? I also work out for about 45 min. a day....but the bloat and weight keep coming! Any suggestions?
Thank you!

I tried everything to control my weight in the beginning. Nothing helped. I just kept gaining and gaining. I gave up trying to control my weight. I reached a certain point in my weight and I can keep from gaining more but I can't lose anything. I give up. If I can keep from gaining I'm happy.

I have changed my lifestyle totally - I have also managed to shed more than 25kg and rarely get bloated any more (though the fact that it is winter here probably helps!). I stopped eating grains, starchy veggies and other sugary stuff and went on a low carb diet, drinking lots and lots of water as part of the different way of eating. I can see that this is a regime I can follow quite easily and I dont get the bloating or chronic indigestion I used to get. I will say that I had around 50kg to lose so I had to do something pretty radical!

I've struggled with the bloating and weight gain and it was driving me crazy. I finally stopped all starches and sugars. I drink lots of water, work out 5 times a week (that's 50 minutes of cardio and 30 of weight lifting) The bloat is starting to calm down a bit. I have just resigned myself that those days of cookies and pasta and then running it off to keep from putting on excess weight are over. I think its important to keep insulin levels balanced. I also do killer ab exercises to try and work on my stomach, it always used to be flat. So I am determined to fight this thing. If I give in, I feel middle aged, overweight and unattractive. And I hate feeling that way.

HI,
I too, suffer from weight gain and bloating. It started about a year ago and I am 5'2" and seem to level out around 155lbs. My normal weight is around 130. Also, ever since I had my tubal it's worse one month from the next. I have a pooch that won't go away. I am active and love the outdoors. I am not dieting so to speek, I do watch my sugars(minus the chocolate fix i need)and because of my daughter and husband I watch the fats and carbs.....so , my question is... Should I see about meds? or Herbs to help?
thanks
