I'm 36 and have 9 month old twins and wondering if I'm still "shedding" the hormones or going through early menopause!? I'm having the night sweats and my skin is cold to the touch, sometimes during the day I feel like I'm in a sauna and suffocating. Often I have odd pains in my abdomen and I just can't seem to drop the baby weight, I still look as if I'm 6 months pregnant. Very frustrated and tired!!!

You probably would get the best results in trouble shooting your symptoms by having a consult with a Reproductive Endocrinologist.
With pain involved there could be something significant that needs the diagnostic eye and experience of that kind of specialty Doctor.
Those Doctors deal with the imbalances of hormones and the whole endocrine system.
It's possible to enter into an early menopause. However, if you are going into early menopause, it's highly likely that there is an organic problem causing the hormonal trigger.
