Hi, Machael. Thanks for your support. I went to my local GNC and am now taking their Evening Primrose Oil along with my TruNature Estrohealth with has Black Cohosh, Red Clover, Soy Isoflavones, etc. GNC suggested taking the Primrose Oil at night before bed on an empty stomach so that it can work (ideally along with the Black Cohosh) when the body is relaxed and not under the influence of daytime alert physical activity. Don't know if that's helping but i only have a light hotflash that lasts about 5 min. then i fall asleep getting my rest. Daytime is good not feeling the foggy or extreme fatigue. Trying to get some exercise when my schedule allows. I did have a nice but quiet Easter. Just our daughter and her boyfriend. The boys were either with sick families or forgot to call to let us know of their plans. Keep in touch...Hope this rain doesn't last until June here!

Sue,
Glad to hear you went to GNC. I know if you give it a chance it will work. Also try something I just found out about. It is called Melatonin it works like Remeron for brain fog, jet lag etc. I have just started taking it so I will let you know if it works.
Glad you had a great Easter. Hang in there. Think good thoughts.
