I was told I had this problem. I am not talking about the fact that I don't lubricate before intercourse. What I had or have was a sensation of sort of an irritation that I couldn't tell the difference if it was a bladder infection or this dryness thing. The gynecologist said it looked raw and irritated. She gave me a prescription for Estrace (estrogen cream) I freaked out because I was always against any form of hormone replacement therapy. I have been using Replens sort of helps. The doctor explained that the Estrace rebuilds the tissue in the vagina whereby the Replens just lubricates. Are you guys talking about what I am experiencing?
