Does anyone take Prometrium pills? I have been on them a few months. They make me very drowzy so I have to take them at night.
Also my doctor told me to take them on the first of the month to the 12th. This doesnt make sense to me.My period this month was on the 3rd and then in 4 weeks it will be on the 30th. Can anyone tell me when they take these pills?

You're supposed to take them the last half of your cycle. For example, if your period is going to be on the 30th, count back from there 12 days (I think you said you're taking them for 12 days) and take them. That should put you starting them on the 18th or so.
Or to make it easier for you to remember, start taking them 15 days from the first day of your period. It's easier to count forward and keeps you on a more even schedule as you never really can rely on periods starting on time.
