I am a 50 year old female. I have been experiencing heart palpitations, heartburn and feel dizzy on and off for about two years now. I have been to a Cardiologist and he ran some tests. He says my heart is fine. I get scared when I get the palpiations and don't know what to do. Should I seek further medical advice or just relax.

Please go buy Natural Calm Magnesium and take it every night or any kind of magnesium. I had to wear a heart monitor. I have been taking mag for about 6 months now and no palps anymore. The first 3 days of taking it it stopped., Try it..Lisa

hilry,
I have heard that if the palpitations get too annoying,
they can give you something for it. But try the magnesium solution that Moxie suggested first. I take calcium & mag, it does relax me a little, helps me sleep better. The two together are supposed to act as a
mild muscle relaxer. I'm no expert on the palps though. I haven't had them too often, so far. A friend of mine (in perimeno too) had them all the time, and has gone to the hosptial 3 times. They finally put her on an anti-anxiety. The palps were causing her panic attacks. One thing leads to another, domino effect!!
I do have the heartburn sometimes, and have the dizzyness alot! Scarey, isn't it?
